Spring 2021 IP Forum - Improving Care through Interprofessional Collaboration

The 2021 Spring Interprofessional Forum brought together over 900 UB health professions students to learn about the management of chronic physical and mental health conditions experienced by many of our patients and the necessity for collaboration among health professionals in order to provide optimal care and improve patient outcomes. 

Students viewed the film, Improving Care through Interprofessional Collaboration. and then worked in small interprofessional teams to use their professional expertise to identify and discuss how to improve the care for a man with multiple chronic diseases.

The 2021 Interprofessional Spring Forum -Improving Care through Interprofessional Collaboration, was held virtually on Thursday, March 4, 2021.
