HUB Student Center (via MyUB) is the UB’s online one-stop shop for students where you can register for classes, check grades, request transcripts, manage finances/financial aid, maintain personal information and much more.

  • View Financial Aid
    12/2/25
    The Financial Aid Office notifies students when financial aid packages become available each year. Once notified, students are able to view financial aid awards in HUB at any time.
  • Accepting, Reducing or Declining Financial Aid
    11/20/25
    The Financial Aid Office will offer self-help aid such as work-study or loans to eligible students each year. Students must then accept the aid if funding is desired, or decline the aid if it is not. To limit borrowing and manage debt, students also have the ability to reduce the loan amount prior to accepting.
