Dossier Review Process

The sequential dossier review process is represented below and specifies when the faculty candidate receives communiques regarding the review (or vote) outcome/recommendation. Please note that promotion dossiers for already-tenured faculty will not receive a letter from the SUNY Chancellor.

  4. 4 Dean’s Review and Recommendation
  5. 5 President's Review Board (PRB) Review and Recommendation
  6. 6 UB Provost Review and Recommendation
  7. 7 UB President Review and Recommendation/Decision
  8. 8 SUNY Chancellor
