The Parking and Transportation Services office can help you arrange parking and transportation for events and meetings on campus. All events are planned with the least possible disruption to university students, faculty, and staff.

The Parking and Transportation Services office can provide the following common event services:

Reserving parking lots or spaces for your event
Dedicated event shuttles or bussing
Closing parking lots to serve as event space
Parking lot attendants
Event parking signage
Guest parking
