The EOC was referred to me by friends as an excellent one, where I could not only hone my English skills (ESL programs), but continue onto the vocation of my choice, Medical Billing and Coding. Whatever wonders I heard before weren’t enough to describe the welcoming attitude,  the professionalism of the staff members, and the beauty of the facilities. Thank you, EOC!“
