Cardiac Signal Processing Software Development

CADENCE software version 1.0.

Cardiac Arrhythmia Software using MATLAB

Project description

We are extend the current version of CADENCE software written in MATLAB to support additional functional for efficient processing, analysis and visualization of cardia electrical and optical mapping signals. The student(s) need to have background in MATLAB and/or software programming. The software when developed will be part of the open source software that will be also have a publication attached to it.

Project outcome

You will help create a functional software for use by everyone interested in cardiac signal processing and analysis.

Learning outcomes

The specific outcomes of this project will be identified by the faculty mentor at the beginning of your collaboration.
