Eligible students must:

Be the first in their family to receive a bachelor’s degree and/or meet income guidelines.
Maintain a grade point average of 85% or higher.
Plan to pursue a degree at a two- or four-year college or university.
Demonstrate passion for learning new and interesting information.
Attend a UBP partnering school.
Be willing to commit and participate in UBP throughout the duration of their high school years.
