Saturday One-to-one Reading and Writing Sessions Schedule

Registration for Fall 2025 Saturday Morning tutoring is now closed; however, registration for Spring 2026 tutoring will open in mid/late November. 

Fall 2025 Tutoring Information: In fall 2025, CLaRI will offer in-person and virtual Saturday morning literacy tutoring. Tutoring occurs each Saturday at 9, 10:15, or 11:30. Tutoring runs from September 13 to December 6, 2025. We will not have tutoring on Saturday, November 29. There are 10-12 tutoring sessions in the fall 2025 tutoring program. One makeup session will be available on Saturday, December 13, for families who missed a tutoring session during the fall session due to illness or a family emergency.

South Campus Move Information: And, CLaRI will be closed for in-person tutoring on October 11 & 18 for our move to the south campus. Families and teachers can choose to take these two weeks off or switch to virtual tutoring. Tutoring from September 12 to October 4 will occur on the North Campus. Tutoring from October 25 to December 6 will occur on the South Campus. 

Spring 2026 Tutoring Information: In spring 2026, CLaRI will offer in-person and virtual Saturday morning literacy tutoring at 9, 10:15, or 11:30 a.m. Tutoring runs from Saturday, January 10 to Saturday, May 2, 2026. We will not have tutoring on Saturdays, February 14th and 21st, as well as on Saturday, April 4th. One makeup session will be available on Saturday, May 9, for families who missed a tutoring session during the spring session due to illness or a family emergency.

Families are required to attend each tutoring session. It is not possible to attend on certain dates or for only certain months.

Each session is 60 minutes long, running from 9–10, 10:15–11:15, or 11:30–12:30.
