Our after-school ACCESS tutoring application consists of two documents: A parent form and a teacher form. A complete CLaRI application needs to be on file at CLaRI to secure placement for after-school ACCESS tutoring.
Required application documents: Both the parent form and teacher form are required for admission into the program.
