Andrew has been with the Center for Computational Research since 2007.  He has a B.S. in Computer Science and an M.S. in Bioinformatics and Biostatistics from the University at Buffalo.

  • FUSIM - a software tool for simulating fusion transcripts
  • miRdSNP - a database of disease-associated SNPs and microRNA target sites on 3'UTRs of human genes
  • UBMoD (UB Metrics on Demand) - an open source data warehouse and web portal for mining statistical data from resource managers (TORQUE and OpenPBS) commonly found in high-performance computing environments.
