The TA Discovery Community is a Community of Practice (CoP) aimed at supporting and developing UB’s teaching assistants, equipping them with best pedagogical practices and classroom strategies.

Community Information

This Community of Practice will provide resources to TA's, kicking off each academic year with our TA Orientation, to address teaching and classroom best practices and concerns and support your instructional experience throughout your UB academic career and beyond.

This Community of Practice will also include guidance from past TAs and professors on entering academic careers post-graduation and the opportunity to explore pedagogical topics suggested by you, for you.
