About Trilogy Wellness, Inc.
Trilogy provides personalized physical therapy services to the WNY community.

With our MOG (Medically Oriented Gym) services physical therapists use a collaborative approach to treatments, working with community members, medical professionals, and an exercise specialist to develop an appropriate treatment plan to manage medical fitness needs.

Rehab Associates provides occupational and physical therapy services to WNY schools. We collaborate with district and agency staff as an interdisciplinary team.
