About Leah Mueller
Leah Mueller is a tourism & hospitality professional and a highly valued part of Visit Buffalo and The Buffalo Sports Commission for over 20 years.  Currently, she is the Vice President of Sales & Services and leads a team of 10.  The mission is to tell the world about Buffalo and bring meetings, conventions, amateur athletic events and group tours to Buffalo and WNY.  Leah spent many years developing the travel trade market both domestically and globally and led the development of Visit Buffalo’s tourism strategy before moving into her current position.

Leah is a volunteer for Upward Design for Life, a local nonprofit organization that furnishes homes to rebuild lives while restoring hope, dignity and independence to those in need. 

She received a Bachelor of Science from a local university and has achieved the industry designation of CTIS- certified travel industry specialist. 

Leah was born and raised in Buffalo NY and resides in a nearby suburb with her husband and two sons. She has been a Buffalo booster for as long as she can remember and never eats her wings hotter than medium.
