Messages left within the UB Voicemail system can be distributed to multiple mailboxes at the same time to ensure everyone has a copy.
Any UB Voicemail box is eligible to receive mail via Message Distribution.
Distributed messages can be marked for Dispatch, where those who receive the message can either accept and claim the message, or decline it and leave it for the group.
Dispatch messages must be addressed using your UB telephone to work properly, they are not compatible with UB Voicemail to Email forwarding, Web Inbox or Cisco Jabber.
