Could solar geoengineering be a force for peace?

Intelligencer, a New York Magazine website, published a piece by Holly Buck titled, “Will Solar Geoengineering Bring Nations Together? Or Drive Them Apart?” The essay explores perspectives surrounding the potential pursuit of solar geoengineering, which could involve injecting small particles into the atmosphere to reflect a fraction of sunlight to help mitigate climate change. “Too many of our new technologies fail to be used in the public interest, for the public good,” Buck writes.
