Associated Press interviewed Jacob Neiheisel in a story reporting that Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul will become the first female governor of New York following Andrew Cuomo’s resignation. “Pragmatic would be a good way to describe her,” said Neiheisel. “Someone who is pretty good at reading the tea leaves and coming around to where her constituency is.”
