What will Valentine's Day spending look like this year?

WalletHub interviewed Charles Lindsey for an article on consumer spending for Valentine’s Day. “Valentine’s Day spending was up about 20% last year,” he said. “Given the big bump last year, plus the pandemic (and the resultant reduction in consumer confidence and economic fallout), I would expect V-Day spending in 2021 to be somewhat flat or stagnant compared to 2020.”
