PBS NewsHour featured Carole Emberton in a story about how social media is helping students of color speak out about racism on college campuses. “We have to work on our pedagogical training and our own outlooks to make sure we’re well equipped to handle these kinds of difficult conversations,” Emberton said. “Students are hungry for the tools to understand and to speak about the world we live in.”
