To help fix subways, Cuomo revives an old adopt-a-station idea

An article on Politico about a plan by Gov. Andrew Cuomo that would allow businesses to adopt a subway station, much as they can adopt a highway, interviews Mark Bartholomew, professor of law. "We have fewer and fewer spaces where we cannot be subject to the hard sell," he said. "A lot of these are civic spaces."
