UB's medical school to be completed by Labor Day

An article in the Buffalo News reports construction of the new $375 million Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences building is expected to wrap up by Labor Day, and quotes UB President Satish K. Tripathi and Michael E. Cain, UB vice president for health sciences and dean of the medical school. The university will begin gradually moving into the new medical school in late summer, with most faculty and staff moving in October, Tripathi said.
