Why we need a cyber wall

An opinion piece on CNN by Arun Vishwanath, associate professor of communication, suggests there is the need to construct a cyberwall against hackers to protect people from cyberattacks, and looks at the example of Estonia, where officials implemented a “Public Key Infrastructure” that uses an electronic ID card with an encrypted key to securely identify users online. “The reality is that all Internet users – the weakest links in cyber security – will need to lay the final brick in the virtual wall,” he writes.
