Children's to serve as medical marijuana clinical trial site

An article in Business First reports Women & Children’s Hospital of Buffalo will serve as one of five clinical trial sites for a new study using medical marijuana to treat childhood epilepsy, with the site to be run by Arie Weinstock, professor of clinical neurology at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. “We are doing new studies that bring new hope,” he said. Articles also appeared in the Buffalo News and Albany Times Union.
