UB to study effect of exercise on victims of concussion

An article on the front page of the Buffalo News reports on a clinical trial being led by John Leddy, MD, medical director of the UB Concussion Management Clinic, that will test a new exercise treatment on adolescents who have experienced a concussion. It is the first randomized, controlled clinical trial of this exercise treatment for concussion. “If we show a program of controlled exercise works, it will change the treatment,” Leddy says. Articles also appeared in Buffalo Business First and Niagara Frontier Publications.
