UB offers home loans to employees who buy near South Campus

(Home Ownership Made Easy) program announced at a news conference Friday, which will provide financial incentive to UB employees considering purchasing homes in neighborhoods surrounding the UB South Campus. Tripathi, who said, “UB is proud to call this vibrant neighborhood home, and with this program, now even more of our employees can do the same.” The article also quotes Mickey Vertino, president of the University Heights Collaborative, who said the neighborhood around the South Campus is “one of the best-kept secrets in the area.
