NPR’s Here and Now interviews Cecil Foster, UB professor of transnational studies and associate director of Canadian studies, about Justin Trudeau, Canada’s newly elected prime minister, how Trudeau’s election will impact Canada’s relationship with the U.S., and how he will fare as a leader. “Justin Trudeau … has promised quite a lot. He seems to get on quite well with people in Washington,” Foster said.
