UB breaks into ranks of top 100 national universities

An article in the Buffalo News reports UB has climbed into U.S. News & World Report’s list of the 100 top national universities, ranking No. 99 in the 2016 edition of the magazine’s annual survey of “America’s Best Colleges,” and quotes UB Provost Charles Zukoski. An article also appeared in Business First. In addition, an article in the Albany Times-Union’s Capitol Confidential reports Gov. Andrew Cuomo released a statement about UB’s ranking. “This is truly a prestigious distinction, and I offer my congratulations to all of the faculty, staff and student that have made UB into the educational powerhouse that it is today,” Cuomo said.
