New York prison escape provides D.A. with case of his life

An article in The Wall Street Journal about Andrew Wylie, the Clinton County district attorney, and the stress the escape of two prisoners from the Clinton Correctional Facility in upstate New York is putting on him and his staff quotes Charles Ewing, professor of law. “In his little jurisdiction, he’s the man,” said Ewing. “He has a lot of power.” Articles also appeared on Morningstar and Nasdaq.
