James Campbell, professor of political science, was interviewed on SoundCloud for a story on the crowded Republican field for the 2016 presidential nomination, a race that he said could benefit the frontrunner. “This is a large pack, but there is an emerging consensus that there is a top tier,” he said. “At this point we know the polls are very volatile, and a lot depends on name recognition.”
