Teresa Miller, professor of law, is quoted in an article on Huffington Post about the escape of two prisoners from the Clinton Correctional Facility in Dennemora and the impact the jailbreak is having on inmates still locked behind bars there. “The liberties prisoners are accustomed to are now suspended, and perhaps permanently,” she said. “I think the world has a tendency to romanticize prison escapees, but the reality is that [the escape has] made life much harder for other inmates.”
