Forbes honors Buffalo as “the most affordable city” and lists as one of the reasons, Start-Up NY, which is Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s initiative to get companies to move or expand into space at UB by offering businesses no personal or business taxes for owners and employees for 1o years. The Forbes story was also reported in Business First.
