TIME Magazine uses UB research in article about bad bosses

An article in TIME Magazine titled “The 5 Absolute Worst Kinds of Bosses” looks at research by Darren Treadway, associate professor of organization and human resources in the UB School of Management, that found that bosses who are bullies have sufficient social skills to figure out who and how they need to coerce to get ahead on the job. Bullies crave power, he said, and they have no compunction about behaving aggressively to get it.
