An article on the front of the Life & Arts section in Sunday’s Buffalo News reports on the work of Kate Rittenhouse-Olson, professor of biotechnical and clinical laboratory sciences, who created a new cancer-fighting antibody, and has started a company, For-Robin, to develop a marketable cancer therapy. She has been awarded hundreds of thousands of dollars from the National Cancer Institute and UB to begin the next phase of testing on her breakthrough.
