A story on Today about psychopath bosses interviews Darren Treadway, associate professor of organization and human resources in the UB School of Management, whose research looks at bullies in the workplace. He said many people have either seen or experienced bullying at work because some bullies are skilled enough to figure out who they can abuse to get ahead, and who they can charm to get away with it. The story also appeared on NBC News and MSN News Canada.
