An article in The Washington Post reports on presidential election predictions published in the new issue of PS: Political Science and Politics and quotes UB political scientist James E. Campbell, who wrote the introduction for the package and rates them this way: Five predict that Obama will win a plurality of the two-party vote, although three are on "the cusp of a toss-up."
