A front page article in the Buffalo News reports on the Alzheimer's Disease and Memory Disorders Center, a project of UB's neurology department based in the Jacobs Neurological Institute in Buffalo General Hospital, which opened for patients just a few months ago. The center is headed by Kinga Sziteti, UB assistant professor of neurology and a highly regarded Hungarian-born neurologist and neurogeneticist, who is leading efforts to make progress in the treatment and prevention of Alzheimer's as well as making life better for area patients who have the disease.
