A story on NPR reports on "Hide/Seek: Difference and Desire in American Portraiture" currently on exhibit in the Smithsonian's National Portrait Gallery, and interviews Jonathan Katz, associate professor of visual studies and an eminent queer studies scholar, who co-curated the landmark exhibition.
