Associated Press: In-ground wall developed at UB to filter water at nuclear site

An article distributed by the Associated Press about efforts to clean contaminated water at the West Valley Demonstration Project reports a trench is being dug and filled with 2,000 metric tons of zeolite, shipped form an Idaho mine, which tests by UB researchers showed will work like a home water softening system to significantly lower contamination levels.
