James Campbell, professor and chair is quoted in the Mobile Press-Register in an article on the effect Barack Obama's presence on the ballot could have on three competitive congressional races. "If a (national) candidate is very popular in the district, that brings out voters, and what we know from national data is that voters brought out vote a straight ticket," he said.
