Las Vegas Sun: Newman quoted on manager's severance package

Jerry Newman, SUNY Distinguished Teaching Professor of Organizations and Human Resources, is quoted in an article in the Las Vegas Sun about a new severance package negotiated by the North Las Vegas city manager that would pay him his full salary for the remainder of his contract if the council fires him. "Any executive is going to negotiate (that) up front," he said.
