Financial Times: The McJob isn't McEasy, Newman says

An article in Financial Times on efforts by the McDonald's corporation to get publishers of change the current dictionary definition of "McJob" calls the company "doomed to be controversial" and that questions always will be asked about its management style and working conditions, and notes that Jerry Newman, SUNY Distinguished Teaching Professor of Organizations and Human Resources, has just published "My Secret Life on the McJob," an account of 14 months spent undercover as a fast-food industry employee.
