An article in the Toledo Blade about a 15-year-old boy accused of killing a police officer quotes Charles Patrick Ewing, professor of law, who said, "Obviously, juvenile access to guns is a huge issue. Probably 80 percent or more of juvenile killings are with firearms. You put a firearm in the hands of a 15-year-old and you're looking for trouble. That's a recipe for disaster." Go to article.
