Media Advisory: Meet the UB Bulls tonight at UB on the Green

BUFFALO, N.Y. – The University at Buffalo will celebrate summer tonight (Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2015) with UB on the Green, the university’s free outdoor event series featuring live music, dancing and hands-on activities for the entire family.

Tonight is “Athletics Night.” Families can meet the UB Bulls and get ready for the upcoming fall sports season while enjoying a performance by Rumourz, a Fleetwood Mac tribute band.

Hosted by UB’s Office of Community Relations, UB on the Green will be held from 6-8 p.m. on the Hayes Hall lawn on the South Campus.

The family-friendly, alcohol-free event is designed to bring the South Campus and UB communities closer together. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets and picnic food to enjoy.
