BUFFALO, N.Y. -- The University at Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning is hosting a spring exhibit of work by Wendel-Duchscherer Architects & Engineers P.C. in the James G. Dyett Gallery in Room 335 of Hayes Hall on the UB South (Main Street) Campus.

The exhibit runs through April 13.

A collage of models, drawings, photographs and sketches, it features recent local work, as well as projects elsewhere in the country, said Mike Chadwick, a project architect with the firm and UB alumnus. Among the projects to be showcased in the exhibit are Fredonia State College's new Steele Hall Natatorium and the additions to Kenmore-West High School's library and gymnasium.

"It's a very nice cross-section of a lot of designers' work," Chadwick noted. The exhibit's appeal goes beyond architecture, he said, "in that the presentation for this gallery really tried to reach out creatively to people who are interested in artistic expression. It's just a fun walk-through."

Gallery hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and by appointment. To schedule an appointment or for more information about the exhibit or gallery, call 829-3485, ext. 120.
