UB’s Ross Publishes Collection Of Short Stories

BUFFALO, N.Y. -- "The Wheel of Desire and Other Intimate Hauntings," a collection of previously published short stories ranging from the macabre to the provocative written by UB faculty member Gary Earl Ross, was published last month by the Writer's Club Press.

Ross, an associate professor who teaches writing in UB's Educational Opportunity Center (EOC), is an award-winning author. His fiction, non-fiction and poetry have appeared in anthologies, journals, magazines and newspapers, and he has delivered commentaries on public radio.

Listed in "Who's Who in America," "International Authors and Writers Who's Who" and "Who's Who in American Education," Ross frequently speaks at workshops for educators and aspiring authors.

He received bachelor's and master's degrees from UB and has taught at EOC since 1977.

Ross lives in Buffalo.
