Campus Planning

Campus Planning orchestrates the pre-construction planning and programming phases of the Major Capital Programs Process and coordinates all university space management activities. We coordinate large scale development, rehabilitation and renovation construction projects on campus and ensure these projects are completed efficiently and are aligned with the university's vision.

Functional Services

Services provided by this department include:

  • Plan and implement university development projects raised by university sponsors and constituents.
  • Accept proposals for rehabilitation and renovation projects on campus.
  • Coordinate with the Design and Construction department to manage project planning, budgeting, design and construction.
  • Assess inquiries about additional building space as requested.
