Enrollment appointments for undergraduate, graduate and PharmD students for fall 2026 take place from April 2 until the beginning of open enrollment.

Fall 2026 Enrollment Appointments

  • Beginning March 3, students can view their personal enrollment appointment information in their HUB Student Center (via MyUB).
  • All students will be assigned an enrollment appointment based on the general appointment structure in the table below. Appointments are assigned based on completed credit hours, with priority given to students with higher completed credit hours.
  • In addition to the general appointment structure, the University provides priority registration for certian student populations. Eligible students, including Honors, veterans, and student-athletes are assigned enrollment appointments before the general registration period based on established eligibility criteria.

 March 1 (all MED registration will be completed by the JSMBS Registrar)
Law 3rd Year Students
 April 13 at noon
Law 2nd Year Students
 April 20 at noon

Undergraduate Non-Degree Seeking (Non-Matriculating) Students

Additional Charges Will Be Applied for Late Registration

Students are encouraged to register for classes as soon as they are eligible. Additional charges will be applied to a student’s bill if they do not register for courses by the published billing dates.

Maximum of 19 Credits

Students are limited to a maximum of 19 credit hours in the fall semester.

Drop / Add Information

Once a student’s appointment time begins, they can drop and add courses until 11:59 p.m. EST on the drop/add date.
