Get a Free Bike Tune-Up at UB Bike Days April 20 and 21

Show your bicycle some love! Bring it to UB Bike Days, a free tune-up event, taking place over two days, on two campuses. 

  • Monday, April 20: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the UB Commons across from the Student Union on North Campus
  • Tuesday, April 21: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Main Circle on South Campus

A rain date will be announced if needed.

Please note that due to demand, bicycles will stop being accepted into the queue for tune-ups 30 minutes before the event's scheduled end time. 

What Do Tune-Ups Include?

  • Checking and adjusting tire pressure
  • Lubricating chains and other moving parts
  • Tightening and adjusting seats
  • Checking brake pads and operation

Full service for electric devices is unavailable and electric scooters will not be accepted.

Free Bicycle Registration

Registering your bicycle places you in a network of bicyclists-in-the-know about new programs and services for bicycling at UB, such as winter storage, group rides and Dero Fix-It Stands located at Main Circle, Flint Loop, Fargo/Greiner, Rensch Loop and the Student Union.

Bike Days are brought to you in a collaborative effort by Parking and Transportation Services, Campus Living and University Police.
