UB is comprehensive, yet close-knit. Our Honors College, one of the nation’s oldest honors programs, brings academically gifted students together for unique learning opportunities.
UB students extend their learning outside of the classroom through internships, service learning, entrepreneurial programs, alternative spring breaks, hackathons and more. Our 1,000+ study abroad programs provide portals to places and people around the world.
At UB, we believe in the power of teamwork. Our Communities of Excellence bring together faculty, students and staff across disciplines to tackle urgent global challenges. Through our innovative Experiential Learning Network, all students, from their first year, have the opportunity to participate in research and mentored projects.
We help students succeed with their studies, and then we help them prepare for the next stage, whether that’s pursuing an advanced degree, starting a career or taking the one they have to the next level. Graduates gain from our network of 287,000+ alumni across 50 states and 150 countries.
