2026-27 Aid Year Forms

Summer 2026, Fall 2026 and Spring 2027

Forms and supporting documents must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the earlier of the semester end date or your last date of enrollment for the academic year. Documents received or changes to eligibility after this date will not be considered.

Additional forms will be added as processing periods open. The Veterans Benefit Education Form becomes available 30 days before the semester begins. Students will be notified via UB email if additional information must be provided to determine financial aid eligibility.
