Job Duties Overview

• Serve as a bridge between students, the assistant resident director, assigned counselors and leadership.
• Guide, support and role model for incoming first-year students.
• Key part of EOP’s student success structure.
• Residential advisory duties.

Minimum Requirements

• Understands and is committed to the mission of EOP.
• Can relate to and/or is empathetic to the struggles of EOP students.
• Is mature, ethical, makes good decisions and is a role model for other students.
• Ability to cooperate and work effectively in a team with full-time staff, peers and individuals from varying backgrounds.
• Can effectively lead and/or manage large groups.
• Has strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in-person on campus during the program duration.

Qualifications

• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.800 (if lower than a 2.800, applicant must explain why they should still be considered).
• At least sophomore standing.
